Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-end luxury brand store. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in luxury retail management, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining the brand's premium standards.
Salary: up to 20000 AED
Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Management: Ensure smooth store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
2. Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIP customers.
5. Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the brand's image, ensuring the store meets luxury standards in terms of aesthetics and customer interactions.
6. Inventory & Stock Control: Ensure accurate inventory levels, prevent stock loss, and coordinate with suppliers.
7. Financial & Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and strategize to improve store performance.
8. Marketing & Events: Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.

1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of store management experience in a high-end luxury brand.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication in English; should be a Russian speaker.
