Desired Candidate Profile
- Having International Experience in Luxury Beauty brand
- Handled a large format Beauty Store with multiple Luxury, Premium and Niche brands
- Handled a team of more than 50 members including section managers, supervisors, Makeup artists and trainer.
- Sales Driven / Multi-tasking / Store Management skills
- Business sense and problem-solving skills will be needed along with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- You will also need to have basic excel, POS handling and training skills with you to this position.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and engagement.
- Meet sales goals by training, mentoring, and motivating by providing feedback to sales staff.
- Develop and use business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Handle complete store operations/admin work and ensure compliance with store/mall policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Provide reports on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase store sales and engage in customer retention and follow-up calls with clients for purchase feedback.
- Conduct personnel performance checks to assess training needs and improve product knowledge for better customer engagement.
- Handle all transactions related to petty cash, bills, payments, stock movements, and settlements.
- Manage and ensure that the correct mix of merchandise is available at the store.
- Drive sell-through and inventory efficiency, weekly competition tracking, discount management.
- Ensure adherence to all SOPs with daily store sales cash/card settlements, inventory movement, and other store operations.
