Desired Candidate Profile

1. Having International Experience in Luxury Beauty brand
2. Handled a large format Beauty Store with multiple Luxury, Premium and Niche brands
3. Handled a team of more than 50 members including section managers, supervisors, Makeup artists and trainer.
4. Sales Driven / Multi-tasking / Store Management skills
5. Business sense and problem-solving skills will be needed along with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
6. You will also need to have basic excel, POS handling and training skills with you to this position.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and engagement.
2. Meet sales goals by training, mentoring, and motivating by providing feedback to sales staff.
3. Develop and use business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
4. Handle complete store operations/admin work and ensure compliance with store/mall policies and procedures.
5. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
6. Provide reports on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
7. Propose innovative ideas to increase store sales and engage in customer retention and follow-up calls with clients for purchase feedback.
8. Conduct personnel performance checks to assess training needs and improve product knowledge for better customer engagement.
9. Handle all transactions related to petty cash, bills, payments, stock movements, and settlements.
10. Manage and ensure that the correct mix of merchandise is available at the store.
11. Drive sell-through and inventory efficiency, weekly competition tracking, discount management.
12. Ensure adherence to all SOPs with daily store sales cash/card settlements, inventory movement, and other store operations.

2. Daily, weekly, and monthly sales plan achievements at the store level.
