United Al Saqer Heavy Equipment serves the needs of heavy constructions with a full product range of heavy equipment, providing equipment and frames manufactured, serviced, and supported by our authorized dealers across the Emirates.

We are seeking a Store Assistant to join our esteemed Spare Parts Department.

Your responsibilities:

1. Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
2. Load/unload parts with proper care.
3. Package items and label correctly.
4. Maintain the warehouse neat and tidy.
5. Verify all goods arrived as per the purchase order and delivery note.
6. Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock.
7. Monitor and take inventory regularly to compile orders based on par levels.
8. Maintain clear and organized records for reports and invoices.
9. Ensure the quantity requested and issued matches.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

1. Experience: Previous experience in a store or warehouse environment, particularly in spare parts management, is preferred.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities for managing inventory.
4. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to verify parts and maintain accurate records.
5. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of heavy equipment and its components is beneficial.
6. Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
7. Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy items.
8. Proficiency in Inventory Systems: Familiarity with inventory management software is desirable.
