Store Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information recommendations and resolve customer inquiries.
Handle customer complaints and escalate to the Store Manager if necessary.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing shipments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store premises.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
