Understanding of and achievement of category sales target.
Ensuring availability by timely replenishment, return of damaged/non-moving products to DC and DSD vendors.
Maintain cleanliness and QHSE standards on shelves for FMCG/GM merchandise ensuring good quality product reaches the customer.
Proper registering of transactions through POS system by handling cash and valuables and operating/registering transactions (physical/electronic) in various modes with no discrepancy in the transaction.
Direct and Indirect customer service by maintaining proper displays, correct prices, and signage, if applicable.
Active involvement in in-store activities and any other store activity as delegated by the supervisor (Sales promotions, charity campaigns, inventory checks, etc.).
