Role purpose > Project Delivery > The Project Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects focused on devising growth strategies, validating strategic initiatives, creating actionable roadmaps, and integrating them into comprehensive business plans. Leveraging 12–15 years of experience within stock exchanges or providing consultancy services to stock exchanges, the role requires expertise in strategic planning, market research, finance, and stakeholder engagement to drive impactful outcomes for the client.
Research and Analysis > Conduct in-depth market research and perform both qualitative and quantitative analyses to validate assumptions and growth initiatives. The Project Lead will also ensure that findings are actionable and directly contribute to the creation of roadmaps and final business plans.
Client presentation > Develop and deliver engaging presentations tailored to the needs of executive and board-level stakeholders. They will communicate key findings, recommendations, and updates with clarity and professionalism. The role also involves facilitating workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on strategic decisions and project directions. By addressing client concerns and fostering collaboration, the Project Lead will ensure strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project.
Business Development support > Assists project team with relationship development, client need identification, and proposal preparation.
Experience > 12–15 years of consulting experience with heavy exposure to stock exchange-related work in terms of growth strategies, business planning, and new products. Proven track record in growth strategy, business planning, or strategic initiatives execution. Experience in managing large-scale consulting or in-house strategy projects. Deep understanding of stock exchange operations, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.

Requirements > Master's degree and/or an MBA and/or evidence of a strong academic record (preferred); Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (necessary).
Workload/Location > Onsite Abu Dhabi.
Engagement > 6 months, immediate start date as soon as the candidate is identified.
