As a Stock Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels in a fast-paced environment, ensuring stock accuracy and availability. The successful team member will have a proven track record in stock management, with a keen eye for detail to minimize discrepancies and ensure efficient stock flow. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to inventory control. Team members must possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stock List Management
Perform two daily stock list updates (morning & afternoon).
Implement a tracking system to monitor stock movements.
Conduct a full stock check every Thursday.
Key Result: Achieve 100% stock tracking accuracy with consistent updates.
Ensure all bike and frame display spots are fully stocked at all times.
Maintain a backup of pre-built bikes for quick availability.
Regularly coordinate display strategy with management.
Ensure proper bike setup, including:
Seat posts correctly placed
Crank sets installed
Gears correctly set
Updated tags and pricing
Charged electronic components
Ensure offer tags are current and accurate
Key Result: Maintain a fully stocked and organized shop floor with bikes in perfect condition.
Preloved Stock Management
Use the Preloved Tracker to monitor and list all preloved stock.
Ensure 100% of preloved bikes and frames are listed online.
