Job Overview:
Stratigi 360 is seeking skilled and motivated Commodity Traders/Brokers to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires expertise in derivatives, futures, and options trading. We are hiring for both junior and senior positions, offering competitive salaries based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute trades in commodity derivatives, futures, and options efficiently.
2. Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights for trading strategies.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
4. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate trading risks.
5. Stay updated on global market movements, economic trends, and regulatory developments.
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve trading goals and objectives.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in derivatives, futures, and options trading.
2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly.
5. Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance, economics, or a related field are preferred.

Salary:

1. Junior Position: AED 5,000+
2. Senior Position: AED 10,000+
3. (Salaries are negotiable based on experience and performance.)
