Position: Hotel Steward Supervisor

Our successful Hotel Steward Supervisors are responsible for:

1. Ensuring staff are sufficiently equipped, trained, skilled, and motivated to keep the kitchen clean according to the prescribed processes and standards.
2. Maintaining the health, hygiene, and professional appearance of the kitchen and all who work in it.
3. Managing cleaning equipment, materials, and waste with strict adherence to health and safety requirements and environmental guidelines.
4. Fulfilling the administrative tasks required to keep the kitchen and staff in a state of readiness for service.
5. Keeping all staff records and inventory records accurate and up to date.
6. Working as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards.

Minimum requirements include: numeracy, verbal and written skills in English, and a minimum of one to two years in a similar position. Knowledge of OSH requirements is essential.
