Steward

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the kitchen areas and stewarding stores are well maintained and organized.
2. Maintain kitchen equipment and machinery and ensure they are in good condition.
3. Follow HACCP and safety procedures in line with the hotel's standards.
4. Assist the Stewarding team in accordance with the tasks relayed by the Assistant Chief Steward.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5-star hotel setting.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
