Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Steel Structure Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating the costs, materials, and time required to complete steel structure projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful financial planning and management of projects within the steel construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for steel structure projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
• Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, materials, and any potential challenges.
• Evaluate and manage bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and project timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current steel prices, market trends, and construction technologies.
• Identify risks and propose cost-saving solutions to enhance project profitability.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring that projects remain within financial parameters.
• Provide technical support to the project teams during the construction phase.
