Job Title: Steel Structure BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIM) structural systems, components, and building elements - Primary/secondary using industry-standard software.
2. Develop BBS from the TEKLA.
3. Collaborate with structural engineers and develop the rebar model.
4. Generate accurate and up-to-date construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
5. Develop parametric families for structural components.
6. Maintain organized and structured BIM data libraries and ensure the accuracy of model information.
7. Stay up to date with UAE national codes and standards related to structural systems and ensure compliance in BIM models.

Qualification:

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modelling

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and their integration into building design.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Software Knowledge Required:

Revit

Navisworks

AutoCAD

ACC(BIM360)

Dynamo(Advantage)
