Job Responsibilities

1. Read and understand product schematics and assembly instructions.
2. Take part in product development meetings.
3. Verify dimensions and product specifications.
4. Ensure that all the required parts for assembly are present.
5. Mark cutting lines on material.
6. Ensure that all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and screwed in.
7. Ensure that quality control standards are met.
8. Maintain a production schedule.
9. Test products for their functionality.
10. Trouble and stress test products to minimize problems or recalls.
11. Responsible for all kinds of fabricating work in accordance with the assigned job.
12. Usage of safety equipment relevant to the assigned job.
13. Initiate a Preventive Action Request when realizing there is a chance of system failure.
14. Assist with cleaning workshop, tools, facilities, and equipment.
15. Provide labor services as required.
16. Upload and download material and equipment.
17. Ensure trucks and equipment are safe and securely packed and stored.
18. Maintain the working area clean.
19. Regular check-up on machines and tools.
20. Reduce wastage.
21. Report product malfunctions.
22. Adhere to safety regulations.
