Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Interface Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi! In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships and communication between key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and seamless collaboration across teams. You will act as the primary liaison, addressing stakeholder needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring that project objectives are met on time. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
What You'll Be Doing
The Stakeholder Interface Manager is part of the PMC team and will be providing all necessary assistance concerning all stakeholder related works. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and liaising with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants, and Contractors, arranging meetings and workshops, preparing presentations, reviewing all related document submissions to Authorities, following up with ongoing submissions, and providing feedback to the team for actions required, documenting and keeping track of all the incoming and outgoing submissions and correspondences.
Preparation of reports, manuals, and guideline documents pertaining to specific handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.
Provide support to the Program team and as a client representative to oversee the handover process of the contracts.
Attend weekly/monthly meetings as necessary for all types of projects, keep track and record all required actions from all Stakeholders, and follow up on the progress as required.
Liaise with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of works.
Provide handover and stakeholders input to weekly/monthly reports.
Inform the Program Director of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.
Provide support for the PMP and PQP plans that are applicable to both Internal and External Stakeholders with the responsibility to ensure that all the stakeholders are made fully aware of all information, and to ensure alignment of all related systems and processes are integrated.
To facilitate structured communication between workstreams, client departments, and external stakeholders.
Responsible for defining each stakeholder group's needs and use this understanding to develop relevant communication and engagement initiatives.
Responsible for the coordination of workshops, coordination meetings (online, face-to-face), working groups, and committee meetings – with all meetings recorded (minutes-of-meetings).
Manage and help organize focus groups of companies, businesses, and governmental departments.
Provide senior management with support to guide and enhance the stakeholder understanding for new processes and technologies for the program.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 15+ years of experience as a senior stakeholder engagement on a large-scale program with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience managing others & taking the lead on a major program.
Proven experience working to tight deadlines within a changing environment.
High attention to detail and eye for excellence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written including presentation competency.
Excellent judgment, assertiveness, and diplomatic skills.
Demonstrated ability in managing conflict in high-pressure situations.
Fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing as well as oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work without excessive supervision.
Professional level in using MS Office Suite.
