Staff Nurse - Labor, Delivery, and Recovery vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

Our client, a semi-government health center, is presently searching for a number of Personnel Nurses in Labor, Delivery, and Recovery based in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will have the following duties:

1. Responsible for ensuring that the nursing process of diagnosis, analysis, planning, execution, and assessment of the patient's treatment is in partnership with the family and in compliance with the organization's plan and procedures.
2. Show accountability for own professional judgment, actions, outcomes of care, and continued skills.
3. Acknowledge the boundaries of your scope of practice and limitations of own proficiency.
4. Under supervision and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensure that the provision of personalized care from point of initial contact throughout the episode of care incorporates the continuum of care and rehabilitation goals.
5. Recognize significant changes/deterioration with patient conditions, initiate appropriate action within scope of practice, and escalate issues timely and effectively.
6. Take all reasonable steps to safeguard children or adults who are at risk or at danger from harm, neglect, or abuse, and escalate issues.
7. Demonstrate a working knowledge of resource intake and techniques within a budgetary framework.
8. Work closely with families to ensure they are involved in all aspects of care where appropriate.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in a large hospital or rehabilitation facility within Labor, Delivery, and Recovery Unit.
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
3. Willing to join immediately.
4. Ready to work 12 hours per shift or 48 hours each week.
