Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Emergency team in Masfoot Hospital. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional, patient-focused care in a fast-paced setting, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients in critical and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

1. Provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and treatment in emergency situations.
2. Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions, ensuring safety and comfort.
3. Educate patients and families about treatments and post-care needs.
4. Adhere to infection control standards.
5. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide quality patient care.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
2. Valid nursing license (MOH/DHA/HAAD or eligibility preferred).
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency nursing.
4. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
