Staff Nurse - Dialysis

Job Description

As a Staff Nurse - Dialysis, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing renal replacement therapies. This role requires clinical expertise, effective communication, and adherence to hospital policies and standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care during dialysis sessions, including assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Manage dialysis equipment, monitor consumables, and maintain safety protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis processes, kidney transplant preparations, and ongoing care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Actively engage in professional development and training to meet competency requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Dialysis.
• Valid nursing license and life support certifications.
