Sales Executive – Client Success & Growth

Ipsos is currently looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business growth, manage client accounts, and help clients unlock the full potential of Synthesio’s platform to make data-driven decisions and enhance their digital strategies.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (optional, depending on the preference).

5 to 8 years of sales experience, including SaaS.

Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets, driving revenue, and managing a robust sales pipeline.

Strong understanding of social intelligence, analytics, and SaaS platforms, with the ability to communicate the value proposition effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  1. Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and acquiring clients in industries that can benefit from AI-powered social listening and digital analytics.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to platform demos, proposal development, and deal closure.
  3. Develop deep client understanding of challenges related to brand reputation, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and digital marketing strategy—positioning Synthesio’s solutions as the answer.
  4. Effectively communicate the value of social intelligence through compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos.
  5. Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to marketing teams, insights professionals, and digital strategists, ensuring platform adoption and success.
  6. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to position Synthesio as a leader in digital intelligence.
  7. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies, enhance sales enablement efforts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and up-to-date CRM pipeline, ensuring performance consistency.

What You Bring :

  1. Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, market research, social media analytics, or digital insights industries.
  2. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate complex data solutions into clear business value for clients.
  3. Experience selling to insights, marketing, or digital transformation teams within brands, agencies, or consulting firms.
  4. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers.
  5. Tech-savvy mindset, with knowledge of AI-driven analytics, social listening, and digital intelligence platforms.
  6. Proactive, results-driven, tenacious, client-focused, team-oriented, and highly organized.
