Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at DAMAC Properties in Dubai, UAE. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in UAE real estate market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in relationship management and business development
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
• Strong connections in UAE real estate market (brokers, agents...etc)
• Ability to analyse data and provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Fluency in English and multiple languages is a MAJOR plus (preferably Arabic, Persian and Chinese)
• Bachelor's degree
• Professional certification in sales or relationship management is an advantage
• Driving license
