Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Finding suitable candidates from the CVs submitted daily by recruiters to match the various open positions from clients as per the enquiry analysis report.
  2. Understand the client requirements and submit CVs to suit the positions within three days of receiving an enquiry.
  3. Share with Sales Coordinator salary details of the candidates to prepare costing sheets and submit proposals to Customers.
  4. Fill each open position within the shortest time possible.
  5. Confirm and reconfirm candidates availability and start dates before committing to Customers.
  6. Achieve monthly posting targets issued by EoD Director based on overall budget committed to the GM.
  7. Meet candidates face to face, ensure they are briefed on CNS values/documentation.
  8. Understand candidates and their reliability before presenting to customers.
  9. Negotiate with candidates regarding salary to suit the stipulated budget depending on the customer pricing.
  10. Ensure the collection of documents prior to posting to site.
  11. Schedule customer interviews and intimate candidates.
  12. Attend and observe the customer interviews with our candidates to understand the pattern of requirements so that the candidates and recruiters can be guided accordingly.
  13. Evaluation of test results and devise plans for constant improvements.
  14. Define processes for smooth filling of open positions.
  15. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of recruiters.
  16. Lead recruiters for timely filling of all open positions within the timeframe.
  17. Monitor Consultancy agreements and candidate acceptance.
  18. Guide, train, and lead Recruiters to find right candidates.
  19. Meet and evaluate all recruiters on a weekly basis to evaluate their focus.
  20. Provide daily/weekly positions to be filled based on priority and customer requirements.
  21. Monitor Smart Recruiter postings by the recruiters.
  22. Conduct periodic training for recruiters on Smart recruiters.
  23. Monitor outsourcing staff appraisal.
  24. Recommend for increments and preparation of change status letters.
  25. Do appraisals and recommendations each month for staff completing 12 months.
  26. Handle staff terminations and exit.
  27. Inform IT for email cancellation and IT assets recovery as per the staff exit.
  28. Any other responsibilities assigned to you from management from time to time.
