Job Scope:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead engineering design teams and collaborate effectively with architectural and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze design and review structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop efficient structural solutions.
• Manage and oversee structural engineering design for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
• Prepare structural calculations, specifications, and detailed design drawings.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex design and construction challenges.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of structural works.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
• Stay updated with advancements in structural design tools, materials, and techniques.
• Mentor and train junior structural engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Licensed Structural Engineer or equivalent professional certification.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of project experience in structural engineering design and consultancy.

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD/Revit.
• Advanced knowledge of structural design standards, building codes, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
