Sr. Software Developer - ConceptWave Order Management

We are looking for a Sr. Software Developer with 4-7 years of experience to develop and support ConceptWave Order Management. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing projects, understanding user requirements, and addressing system functionality and usability issues. This role involves defect reporting and tracking, reviewing solutions and designs, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders to ensure smooth product/application releases that enhance customer experience and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

1. E2E Telecom BSS/OSS project execution.
2. Understanding requirements and performing design and development.
3. Check and validate back-end verification by querying Oracle DB/SQL.
4. Basic troubleshooting at server level using common UNIX commands and scripts.
5. Communicating and working with business owners to write and implement related test plans.
6. Estimating the effort.
7. Checking and reviewing peer reviews.
8. Tracking new requirements for the project.
9. Identifying and managing risks proactively.
10. Periodically discussing project status with the project leadership team/TL/stakeholders.
11. Ensuring timely delivery of issues.

Responsible for the targeted implementation of business requirements and IT solutions in projects of various sizes. Participate in the active design of solution concepts in cooperation with internal teams and customer teams. Supervise our change and release management process, especially the coordination and moderation of the process. Participate in the design of training courses, workshops, and process optimizations around the topic of change and release management. Analyze and develop existing project management tools, methods, and processes. Assist the project team with design and development tasks. Lead the process of issue identification and resolution.

Qualification:

1. B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA or M.Tech in Computer Science.
2. Strong exposure and hands-on experience in Ericsson Order Care ON and OM modules, including ON APIs and Business processes.
3. Experience in integration using Web services, REST, and MQ.
4. Experience in implementing ECM Catalog Models and Catalog Business Rules.
5. Experience in developing GUI using EOC tool features like Finders, Documents, Navigation trees, and conversion maps.
6. Experience in EOC Exception handling, Workflow manager, and other error handling.
7. Experience in EOC and ECM performance tuning.
8. Proficiency in J2EE and Advanced Java.
