Sr. Site Engineer- FIT OUT

• Oversee the entire fit-out process, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to translate design concepts into actionable construction plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring timely procurement of materials and resources necessary for the fit-out.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or modifications promptly.
• Manage site documentation, including daily reports, site diaries, and project correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Implement effective problem-solving strategies on-site, tackling issues as they arise to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure all safety protocols are enforced, conducting training and compliance checks for subcontractors and site personnel.
• Monitor and control project costs, preparing detailed reports on expenditures and variations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance to enhance their skills and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field to ensure strong foundational knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fit-out projects, showcasing a proven track record of successful completions.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent to demonstrate project management expertise.
• Experience working in high-end commercial and residential fit-outs, reflecting an understanding of luxury standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software to aid in the interpretation and execution of architectural plans.
• Strong command of English, with additional language skills preferred to facilitate communication in diverse teams.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a knack for motivating teams and fostering a positive work culture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
