As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and driving the success of our operations in the region. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering strong client relationships, and strategically expanding our market presence in the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build, lead, and motivate a results-driven sales team focused on achieving revenue targets and market share objectives.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive business growth and exceed customer expectations.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
4. Identify business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
5. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market.
6. Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's footprint and market share within the freight forwarding sector.
7. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and operational activities.
8. Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on branch performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in senior sales management within the freight forwarding industry, with a track record of success in establishing and managing branch operations.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. In-depth knowledge of the freight forwarding market and regulatory environment.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strategic thinking and the ability to make sound business decisions.
