Job description

Responsible for leading and executing sales deals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

What you'll do!

  • Prospecting and identifying new sales leads through research, referrals, and cold calling
  • Prepare and develop presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers
  • Collaborating with presales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to management
  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas
  • Contributing to the company's growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the assigned territory, including market themes, competitive landscape, etc.
  • Managing forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy
Requirements

  • UAE Banking Experience is a must
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field
  • 5-7 years of experience (SR sales)
  • Willingness to travel across the region
  • Proven track record in quota-bearing roles including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations that demonstrate a clear ability to hunt within sales territory
  • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders in market data, business groups, technology, and product management
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms. MS PowerPoint, Excel
  • Successful sales experience representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions for Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Banking
  • Proven ability to articulate value proposition and ROI
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Responsive, reliable, and results-oriented
  • Ability to present compellingly and negotiate complex deals
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales with multiple decision-makers
  • Collaborative, team-oriented player with the drive to contribute to individual and group results
  • Coordinating and completing RFPs and presenting to senior decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage internal resources to navigate and complete the sale cycle
  • Proven record of building and managing a sales pipeline and achieving/exceeding quota
  • Proven record of matching customers' needs with solutions
