Key Responsibilities:
Drive order inflow by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize sales potential.
Map key customers and competition, identifying areas for growth and expansion.
Track market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive advantages.
Implement winning strategies and countermeasures to secure business at favorable commercial terms.
Ensure sales align with budgeted profitability by optimizing pricing and contract terms.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas / Power/Water, Waste Water Projects, with a minimum of 3 years in Industrial Automation Sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Proven ability to map key accounts and competition to drive business growth.
Experience in handling sales strategies, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Willingness to travel across the Middle East region for client meetings and business development.
