Job description

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the allotted sector, understanding their requirements.

Technical Sales

  • Provide technical expertise related to our business segment of Technical & Engineering Supplies, guiding clients through product selection based on their specific needs.

Proposal Development

  • Provide all-inclusive details (technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines) to support the estimation team in preparing comprehensive proposals.

Market Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new products and technologies opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including proposal engineering, sales order management, and product development to ensure successful completion of the sales process and customer satisfaction.

Customer Support

  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and aftersales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Affinity and familiarity with bulk trading aspects in the business.

Additional Information:

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience level: 5 years in the Oil & Gas and Power sectors in UAE.
  • Should have a valid UAE driving license and own car.
  • HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Skills & Professional Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical sales in instrumentation and engineering solutions related to the O&G sector (Field Instrumentation, Flare Meter, UFM, Flowmeters, Valves, Fittings).
  • Strong market understanding and solid connections with EPC and developers in the O&G and Power Generation sectors in the UAE.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and clients.
  • Excellent personality with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM applications.
