Role:
As a Sr. Sales Administrator you will support the Sr. Manager- Sales Admin by handling administrative functions, managing sales data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the department. You will work closely with the sales team to streamline processes, assist with client management, and help drive the overall success of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration Oversight:
- Oversee and manage the sales administration team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales administrators.
Contract Management:
- Review and manage sales contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to address any contractual issues.
Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure that all completed sales have full documentations and proper update on the system for the post sales.
- Assisting CRM on all data or documentation requirements as per inquiries and resolve any issues related to contracts and sales.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales databases, CRM systems, and other tracking tools.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to track progress against goals and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales data.
Database and CRM Management:
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the CRM system with up-to-date client information, sales data, and transaction records.
- Implement processes to improve data quality and integrity.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales administration.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the department's operations.
Event Coordination:
- Ensure all required documents on any sales events or open houses are completed.
- Provide full support on the event as per Sales requirements.
Team Training and Development:
- Train and mentor junior sales administrators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is updated on new tools and best practices.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all records are securely stored.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales administration with UAE based real estate developer
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Hands-On knowledge of sales ERP is required. Salesforce experience will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP) is mandatory
