Sr. RECRUITER - STAFFING / OUTSOURCING - SHORT TERM

Job Description

• 5+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting & closing) preferable in OIL/GAS Industry.

• Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others.

• Screening candidates' resumes and job applications prior to submission to clients.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, within the schedule.

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.

• Providing recruitment reports.
