Sr Projects Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the full Fire Protection & Life Safety, Fire Alarm project lifecycle, from development through to commissioning & handover, within budget and schedule constraints.
• Establish project goals, objectives, and priorities, and communicate these to the project team and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to international and local standards, codes of practice, and company policies and procedures.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and project budgets.
• Monitor project progress and modify plans to mitigate risks and solve problems.
• Establish and manage relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure project compliance with contractual obligations, quality and safety requirements, and financial performance targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in MEP project management within the MEP engineering industry.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex MEP projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Familiarity with international and local standards and regulations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
