Job description

We are currently seeking experienced off plan property consultants to join the growing team at Hassi Properties. The ideal candidate will have previous Dubai based experience either within Brokerage or working directly with a Developer. Selected candidates will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Developers and Projects across the UAE.

The chosen candidate must be a motivated, professional and presentable with the ability to meet with clients and pitch potential properties and projects.

Successful candidates will be expected to qualify leads generated through our marketing campaigns as well as utilising their existing connections.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management
  2. Have an in-depth knowledge of UAE based projects and the ability to pitch these to potential buyers
  3. Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
  4. Advise Clients in the process of buying through a developer, guiding them in finding the best options as per their requirements
  5. Assist in negotiations between buyers and developers
  6. Develop and maintain relationships across different developers
  7. Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
  8. Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws
  9. Abide by RERA standards
  10. Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
  11. Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard
  12. Maintain a high professional profile at all times
  13. Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  14. Present to potential clients and advise them on investment opportunities
  15. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  16. Identify creative & innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business
  17. Fully understand relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase and sale of a property
  18. Actively maintain the company’s databases and property portals, uploading all data on client information, updates and details of viewings arranged etc.
  19. To have an understanding of local process and administration of completing a property purchase.

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  1. Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent)
  2. Minimum 1 years sales experience within the Dubai market
  3. RERA license
  4. Must hold a UAE driver’s license with own car
  5. Strong negotiation and selling skills
  6. Proven record of achieving sales targets
  7. Good organisational skills
  8. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  9. Team player
  10. Willing to work flexibly to provide best service to the clients (weekends, as required)
  11. Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
  12. Must have own VISA
