PRODUCT DESIGNER Senior Level Italian National Preferred

Product Designer's main responsibilities include defining product specifications, creating digital or print drawings, and designing fully functional products. To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for color and shape and be able to translate requirements into practical product features. Ultimately, you will help us build products that are easy to use and visually appealing to our potential customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify opportunities for new products.
2. Able to visualize the product using Vred/Keyshot.
3. Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences.
4. Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners.
5. Research materials.

As a Lead or Senior Product Designer, the role involves leading a diverse team of three product designers, ensuring effective collaboration with development teams and fostering innovation within the design process, delivering high-quality and user-friendly products. This position will shape the overall design strategy, ensuring designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Additionally, the role will ensure consistency in design across all products and platforms, stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, and advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices. The Lead of Design will be responsible for defining and executing the vision for design and user experience across the product portfolio. To establish design standards, track performance through KPIs, and ensure that design output meets technical feasibility and budgetary constraints while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

Location: The Senior Product Designer will be based in Dubai, UAE, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

The market we will be targeting includes OEMs initially, followed by the Middle East, India, Europe, and America. Designers need to be creative, original, and easy to adapt from an engineering perspective. Our business model focuses on a collaborative approach among design, engineering, and R&D teams.

The vision of the company can be discussed in detail with our Chairman in person. We will invite the selected candidate to visit our Dubai office to meet the Chairman and COO, where they can discuss further concerns.

Salary Range: 18,000 AED - 25,000 AED (depends on work experience) and can be opened for further discussion.
