Job Description

• Independently review Contractor’s construction schedule in line with contract requirements.
• Monitor progress of the work through KPI, histograms, and reporting through weekly/monthly reports.
• Review claims for extension of time and prepare summary reports.
• In-depth knowledge of Primavera.
• Experience in handling EOT claims (Window analysis) is a must.
• Experience on large projects including master planned communities, hotels, and towers.
• Effective communication and reporting skills are a must.
• Experience in independently communicating/coordinating documents/claims/reports from contractors and preparing review/recommendations of EOT to clients for final approval.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years total experience and 5-8 years in UAE as Sr. Planning Engineer/Planning Manager with consultants on large projects (AED 500 million plus).
• Experience in building projects (high rise residential, commercial, villas, malls, hotels) with a focus on project site planning.
