Sr. Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Determines the various responsibilities on sites accordingly.
2. Ensure smooth project flow through site planning teams continuous monitoring.
3. Monitor the baseline program preparation by the Planning Engineer.
4. Prepares cash flow (S curve), resource requirements (Histogram) including manpower & equipment and machineries.
5. Review and monitor programs for execution through updating on a weekly and monthly basis.
6. Prepare/Verify weekly & monthly reports.
7. Prepare look ahead to compare the work done with the planned.
8. Communicates the bar charts to the site people and updating the immediate superior regularly.
9. Revises programs to justify with Client’s comments, if any.
10. Initiates / responds to all planning and time-related correspondence.
11. Prepares claim impacted program/Extension of Time (EOT) report.
12. Plan and schedule the accelerated and revised plan to keep the project on track.
13. Preparing the recovery program plan for delayed zones.
14. Review the designed program provided by the subcontractors.
15. Monitoring the cash flow and procurement.
16. Coordinate with the project managers to control the work progress and subcontractor’s progress and provide necessary inputs on how to achieve the target.

• Must have experience in Civil works.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering productive relationships with team members and clients.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions quickly.
• A proactive attitude and adaptability to changing project requirements and environments.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure environments.
