Responsible for driving operational excellence across Moro Hub’s sales operations. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all sales-related processes, including financial forecasting, CRM management, order processing, and customer billing. The incumbent will oversee a team that manages detailed operations while ensuring seamless execution of all time-sensitive sales functions.
Responsibilities:
Financial Forecasting & Sales Analytics:
- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts for revenue and gross margin.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.
- Support the CDBO in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting.
CRM Management & Data Integrity:
- Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all records.
- Lead CRM enhancements and developments to improve usability and efficiency.
- Establish best practices for data entry, validation, and reporting to support sales operations.
Order & Delivery Management:
- Monitor and track all time-sensitive operations related to customer purchase orders and their respective deliveries.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, procurement, and delivery teams to meet customer expectations.
Customer Billing & Supplier Payments:
- Identify and mitigate risks related to order processing and fulfillment.
- Oversee customer billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Track payments to suppliers for cost of goods sold (COGS) to maintain financial discipline.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial policies.
Team Leadership & Process Optimization:
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for sales operations, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Implement structured processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field
- Should have 8-10 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service and Key Account Management.
- Sales Operations and CRM Management experience.
- An excellent aptitude for finance and decision making.
- Specialized training in sales/negotiation/win strategies
