- Project Leadership: Manage the lifecycle of real estate, construction, and maintenance projects for cloud kitchens.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and mitigate risks.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and high-quality standards.
- Ongoing Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of existing cloud kitchens, ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in project management, with experience in real estate, construction, or maintenance (foodservice or hospitality preferred).
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the MENA region.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings for construction and design purposes.
- Skilled in utilizing GANTT charts for project scheduling and tracking.
- Experience with project trackers (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized software) to manage project progress and deliverables.
- Experience managing contractors and vendors in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or other MENA markets.
