Sr. Manager - Digital Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager - Digital Architecture to join our Cloud Pre-Sales team.

Job Purpose:

To lead and define end-to-end solution designs by transforming business and client requirements into technical frameworks. This role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver Digital Infrastructure solutions while driving the achievement of business unit objectives, including TCIV, revenue, and profitability, through domain expertise and specialization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand business requirements and build domain-specific pipelines to support overall business unit objectives.
• Accountable for tracing market trends, emerging technologies, and business models to evaluate their applicability and translate them into opportunities for digital infrastructure solutions.
• Build solution designs, including technical architecture, operating processes, economics, benefits, and evolution. Translate business requirements into architecture processes to deliver technical solutions aligned with architecture standards and design specifications.
• Support the sales team in presenting solution designs and their benefits to customers.
• Prepare and participate in Bid Review Committees while engaging with Finance and Contracts teams to ensure profitability clearance and partner compliance for proposed solutions.
• Contribute to reaching and engaging with CxO-level executives within customer organizations by building and presenting relevant, industry-specific proposals.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate technology trends and innovative business model ideas.
• Identify trendsetting ideas by researching industry events, publications, and announcements, and tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Engage with vendors and attend technical forums to stay updated within the specialized domain of digital infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the business development and product marketing teams across e& Enterprise to identify opportunities and showcase ideas within the innovation and emerging business pipeline.
• Create business architecture models demonstrating how products, operations, and systems interoperate within the e& Enterprise solution landscape.
• Conduct analyses to determine the best path for solving business challenges or opportunities, including process improvements, system enhancements, and user training.
• Apply and utilize appropriate methods to deliver results-oriented outputs that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).
• Lead efforts to translate business strategies and objectives into actionable capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
• Overall experience of 10-15 years in presales and business development activities related to digital technologies.
• 5+ years of experience as a team leader in presales and business development for digital infrastructure platforms.
