Acube Real Estate Development is a leading real estate development firm dedicated to delivering superior customer experiences and maintaining strong client relationships. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Customer Service to join our team and elevate our customer service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Customer Service team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  2. Develop and implement customer service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty in the real estate sector.
  3. Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align customer service objectives with overall business goals.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills of customer service staff.
  7. Stay informed about real estate trends and customer service best practices to remain competitive in the industry.
  8. Prepare reports for senior management on customer service performance and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the real estate industry.
  3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to develop and implement customer service strategies.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  6. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
