Our client is currently looking for a qualified candidate who will be reporting to the Head of Legal and will be having the following key responsibilities:
Provide full legal support and advice to the management and the group (over 10 subsidiaries) under the guidance of the Head of Legal.
Develop standardized legal terms, conditions, templates, and policies across the company.
Implement and manage an effective Contracts Management System to manage and track all company contracts and review the terms and conditions of all existing and new contracts to ensure meeting company’s standard terms and conditions and protection of the company’s interests.
