Job description

We are looking for a Sr. Knowledge Advisory for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in L&D OD with a consulting background (Preferred, not a mandate)

Reporting to: Director Knowledge and Advisory

Job Summary: Contribute to growing the knowledge and advisory practice through leading the execution of client consulting projects across process consulting, talent assessment, and management with excellent client feedback; partnering in customer acquisition (in partnership with the business development team) and representing the company’s thought leadership across all issues impacting work, worker, and workplace.

  1. Execution of Client Consulting Projects: The role holder is a member of the Knowledge and Advisory team and carries the responsibility of executing client consulting projects with an NPS of 9/10 or greater across projects. The projects range from HR Capability Building to People Manager Talent Assessments and Development to HR Process Consulting. The role holder is expected to have subject matter knowledge and expertise and provide thought leadership on these projects including, but not limited to, solution development, learning content, tool/framework creation, and facilitation. Project management and reporting, as well as the ability to multitask and lead multiple client engagements without slippage in quality and time commitments, is critical.
  2. Customer Acquisition/Business Development: The role holder has key involvement in need analysis and solution design for prospects (in partnership with the business development team). This role involves overseeing and/or creating proposals and pitch documents along with cost sheets for prospects. A thorough command and understanding of all products and services offered by the firm is essential.
  3. Representing the Company’s Thought Leadership: The role holder should be able to represent the company’s thought leadership on aspects of work/worker/workplace in various forums like webinars, roundtables, and conference sessions. This requires being well-read and articulate on such topics and being aware and aligned with global and local thought leadership.
  4. Operations Management: Operational aspects of the job include managing budgets for respective client projects, including external subject matter expert/facilitator payouts, and supporting the sales team to reduce outstanding for mapped clients. Additionally, team management and leadership for own and parallel teams in the organization.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Qualification: A Postgraduate in HR from a reputed University/College; however, an HR Certification will be an added bonus. Preferably SHRM SCP certified.

Experience: 5-8 years in project management, talent assessment, and development (including but not limited to design and delivery of learning programs) is desired.

Skills: Good organization skills, reasoning and analytical ability, high energy and logical thinking, clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation in both Arabic and English).
