Sr Finance Manager

The Sr. Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial and accounting aspects of the company, ensuring financial stability, providing strategic financial guidance, and contributing to the company's overall success and supporting the overall efficiency of financial operations.
Key Interactions

• Reports to: General Manager on Dubai company, functionally to Managing Director
• Business Control Director on Hong Kong and Switzerland companies.
• Internally: Management, Operations, all entity’s support functions.
• Externally: External partners, and Service Providers (3rd Party accountant)

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Budgeting and Forecasting: In the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting financial data, analyzing trends, and preparing reports. Work closely with the various project teams to develop and monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide financial information for decision making.
• Financial Planning and Strategy: Provide financial analysis, developing and proposing financial strategies, long-term financial plans, and budgets in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic factors to make informed decisions and recommendations to senior management.
• Financial Reporting: Analyzing, selecting, and implementing an ERP system with an emphasis on general accounting and project accounting, preparing accurate and timely financial reports.
