Sr. Estimation Engineer

Job Title: SR. ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Location: Abu Dhabi

We are urgently seeking a SR. ESTIMATION ENGINEER for a reputed Group of Companies. Below are the details of the position:

1. Education: Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in building construction projects.
3. Skills Required:
   1. Experience in making cost estimates for building packages.
   2. Experience dealing with specialized agencies/subcontractor packages including tendering and negotiations.
   3. Good command of computer software in estimation & costing.
   4. Knowledge of market rates/prices of materials.
   5. Understanding of various construction works tendering processes, local conditions, and current trends.
   6. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
   7. Good oral and written communication skills.
