Job description

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Creative to lead the development and execution of innovative advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to deliver impactful work that aligns with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns across various media, including digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.
  2. Lead brainstorming sessions and guide the creative team to generate innovative ideas that align with client objectives.

Campaign Development:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  2. Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
  3. Act as the primary creative liaison for clients, presenting ideas and incorporating feedback to achieve campaign goals.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their vision is effectively translated into creative deliverables.
  5. Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation within the team.
  6. Provide constructive feedback to refine and elevate creative work.

Trend Analysis and Innovation:

  1. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
  2. Incorporate AI and other digital advancements where appropriate to enhance the creative process.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a senior creative role within an agency or similar environment.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative campaigns across multiple platforms.
  3. Exceptional conceptual and design skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
  5. Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and project management tools.
  6. Experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
  7. Strong understanding of the regional market and cultural nuances in the GCC.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience working with high-profile brands or large-scale campaigns.
