The Sr. Associate – Transformation Office is a support role to the Transformation Manager, CEO, and Ex-Com in driving growth and success. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's future, ensuring efficient operations, and executing strategic initiatives.
Description:
Reporting:
Support reporting to Group Finance for monthly flash reports and management reports at Marine Services Vertical (MSV) level.
Compile reports for facilitation of weekly meetings with cross-functional stakeholders from all the business units within the MSV.
Create a repository of information to facilitate quick decision making (excel data books, trends and outliers, monitoring of KPIs, departmental goals, and objectives, etc.).
Preparation and finalization of monthly executive report for MSV review.
CEO and Ex-com support:
Agenda management: Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the CEO & Ex-com.
Board support: Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and presentations.
Material preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as required by CEO.
Support Transformation Manager for driving Ex-Com meetings.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards strategic goals.
Collaborate with the CEO and Ex-Com to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Project management:
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitor project budgets and resources.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Special projects:
Support CEO to address all requirements to conceptualize, implement and execute special projects.
Independently work to bring together all stakeholders and ensure timely implementation of the projects and execution within the set timelines.
Develop and implement management plans and respond effectively to any unforeseen challenges.
Proactive management of the project along with preemptive stakeholder management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and experience:
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in consulting or EA roles.
Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and operational excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
