Sports medicine Physician

Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sports Medicine Physician to join our esteemed client. In this role, you will specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of sports-related injuries and medical conditions. You will work closely with athletes and active individuals, providing comprehensive care aimed at improving performance, recovery, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough evaluations of athletes and active individuals to diagnose injuries and medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate rehabilitation, physical therapy, and preventive care.
• Utilize diagnostic imaging and other techniques to assess and monitor injuries.
• Provide guidance on injury prevention, training programs, and performance enhancement strategies.
• Coordinate with coaches, trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for athletes.
• Administer injections and non-surgical interventions to manage pain and promote healing.
• Educate patients on recovery strategies, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to support their athletic performance.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records and documentation.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Valid DOH (Department of Health) license as a Sports Medicine Physician.
• Fellowship in Sports Medicine.
• Prior experience as a Sports Medicine Physician.
• Strong knowledge of sports injuries, rehabilitation techniques, and performance optimization.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Board certification in Sports Medicine.
• Experience working with athletes from different sports.
• Research background in sports health and performance.
