Communicate the treatment plan and therapeutic goals with patients and support teams.
Record treatment progress daily in progress trackers.
Keep detailed records of patients' progress and speech treatment plans.
Stay updated with developments in the field of speech therapy through continued education and professional development opportunities.
Provide necessary support in the recruitment process including sharing speech therapist job vacancies in social networks, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
Report therapy progress to parents.
Provide necessary therapy tips to parents for home practice.
Prepare necessary reports for schools, insurance companies, etc.
Participate in weekly training and workshops.
Job Requirements:
Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
