Speech Pathologist

To provide effective speech pathology services to patients in line with professional clinical and company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

1. Provide advanced specialised speech therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
2. Support team members with professional guidance and coordinate services to ensure optimal patient experience.
3. Support and provide input into departmental quality improvement, risk and governance programmes.
4. Manage patient experience processes for the department in line with company standards.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

1. A relevant B.Sc Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Current and valid BLS certification.
3. Relevant post graduate training will be an advantage.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

1. At least 4 years' post graduate experience as a Speech Therapist.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

1. Patient experience standards.
2. Team leadership skills.
3. UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements.
4. Verbal and written communication skills in English.
