Specification Manager - Construction Chemical

We are recruiting a Specification Manager Construction Chemical for one of our clients based in Ras al Khaimah, UAE.

Our client is a prominent manufacturer of premium white and gray cement in the UAE, renowned for delivering high-quality products that meet international standards. With a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, they are pivotal in supporting the region's construction and infrastructure projects. Known for their advanced production techniques and reliability, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for builders, architects, and developers across the UAE and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit potential clients, consultants, and architects to specify products for mega, large, and medium-scale projects.
   
2. Build strong relationships with engineers, architects, specifiers, and facilities managers focusing on targeted market areas by providing comprehensive technical support.
   
3. Recommend appropriate systems and offer technical guidance to major architects and consultants.
   
4. Prepare accurate and relevant documentation including prequalification documents, method statements, specification clauses, and product presentations for all systems and products.
   
5. Ensure products and systems are approved at the client/consultant level and integrated throughout the specification process.
   
6. Conduct product testing according to the standards required in the region.
   
7. Support key target markets such as waterproofing, concrete, roofing, flooring, and repair & protection systems.
   
8. Coordinate with authorities to assist in the design of product specifications for upcoming projects.
   
9. Participate in and lead presentations and workshops at exhibitions and seminars for customers, consultants, and contractors.
   

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering / Civil Engineering.
  
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Specification Manager in the construction chemicals industry.
