Speciality Waiter

As a Speciality Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is both memorable and delightful. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that high standard of personal hygiene and grooming are strictly observed and followed.
2. Ensure the guests experience an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience by following the outlet sequence of service.
3. Ensure that correct operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the operations manual.
4. Collect and deliver orders from the kitchens and serve them to the customers according to the standard operating procedures of the restaurant/outlet.
5. Assist in the preparation of sufficient and clean operating equipment prior to the commencement of service.
6. Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, hotel services/features and hours of operations, as they affect the areas of responsibility.
7. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
8. Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management.
9. Assist other Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when needed.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in a similar role internationally or a minimum of 2 years in luxury hotel and high-end restaurant environments.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Friendly and hospitable approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
4. Proficiency in problem-solving and handling guest inquiries with tact.
5. Knowledge of inventory management and billing procedures.
6. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
7. Good oral proficiency in English language.
8. Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
9. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
