Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fully familiar with international codes, standards, and recommended practices to be adopted during Pre-FEED, FEED & EPC phases of Oil & Gas projects.
  2. Must have the capacity to supervise and manage FEED Engineer/s and development of FEED deliverables.
  3. Participation with contribution during field installation, commissioning, and testing of Telecom/Telemetry shall be demonstrable during project execution.
  4. To review and approve engineering design activities performed by consultants, FEED Engineers, and EPC contractors for all Telecommunication/Telemetry and SCADA Systems, etc.
  5. To review/approve drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
  6. To ensure uniformity and standardization compatibility at optimum levels in design and engineering in all phases of the project.
  7. To evaluate tenders/bids and approve selection of equipment and systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. B.S. or equivalent degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering from an accredited university.
  2. Thorough knowledge of Telecom/Telemetry packages, which includes but is not limited to Telecommunication infrastructures, Transmission system, Radio System, Voice and Data Networking, CCTV, Public Address, Access Control, Pipeline/wellheads SCADA Systems, and Leak Detection system generally incorporated in major Oil & Gas projects is essential.
